Steven "Defies the Storm" Bos

Steven came to the Bluepelt Sept in [[November, 2005]]. He came to the Sept as a cub and soon proved to the Denmother that he had earned his marks and was ready to become Cliath. After gaining the [[Ranks|rank]] of [[Cliath]] and being a [[Glass Walkers| Glass Walker]] [[Ahroun]] he rose to the position of [[Elder]] of his Tribe in Delft after [[Shortcut]] died. Since then, he has also risen to the position of Elder Ahroun.
He is one of Chalice Stormbringer's [[Chosen]], because he was one of the three cubs that she had kidnapped and saw as her own. She had bitten his ear off to mark him and everything she did to him thereafter only fuelled his Rage and defiance to her, hence the reason his Garou name became 'Defies the Storm'.

Litany

The litany are the thirteen rules that the Gaian Garou uphold to structure their community and stay true to their purpose.
It is noteworthy that every tribe and individuals seems to have a personal view on the interpretation of the rules of the litany.

* Garou shall not mate with Garou.
* Combat the Wyrm wherever it dwells and whenever it breeds.
* Respect the territory of another.
* Accept an honorable surrender.
* Submission to those of higher station.
* The first share of the kill for the greatest in station.
* Ye shall not eat the flesh of humans.
* Respect those beneath ye - all are of Gaia.
* The Veil shall not be lifted.
* Do not suffer thy people to tend thy sickness.
* The leader may be challenged at any time during peace.
* The leader may not be challenged durings wartime.
* Ye shall take no action that causes a Caern to be violated.

Black Furies

The Black Furies are a tribe from Greece.
They are the amazones of the Garou.

The Black Furies are a tribe led by women. They believe that women are superior to men and that can be learned from anything they do. Any Male homid or lupus Black Fury will be brought, or simply sent off, to another tribe to be raised, only the male kinfolk can remain amongst the women and I don't need to tell you what they are used for do I? An exception is sometimes made for male Metis as well, they deem that Metis still have their use and often care for them and keep them within the tribe out of shame for their existence.
Black Furies busy themselves with worthy causes for women and will stand up in a way aligning with their nature to any injustice done or chances to promote the wellbeing of other women around them. They are notorious for their feminism, which may cause them to butt heads with members of some other tribes amongst the Garou nation every now and then.

Sherine was known first and foremost for being one tough cookie. Personallity wise and strength wise. No Ahroun could match her strength and when there was a fight she stood at the front while taking blows and dealing death. Many fell under her claws, for that was all she used, her body given to her by Gaia, hence her Garou name 'The Body'. When she first came to the Sept she was young in many ways and realised that being a Black Fury wasn't easy in the Blue Pelt Sept at that time. Some of her tribe members brought discredit to the tribe name and she fought hard to cleanse that shame. She succeeded and showed that being a Black Fury was something to be proud of.
As an Ahroun she had no fear, she did what she had to do and willingly gave her everything every battle, she was never afraid to die for Gaia. She died with her throat cut when she was trying to defend wounded Sept members, help came too late and Gaia had embraced her before they arrived.
As a Fostern she took responsibillity as her rank asked of her and led those of her Auspice into battle and led her Pack called 'Hammer' Pack of War when her former Pack Alpha and close friend 'Ragemond' died.
As a female Garou she did her duty as well and more then many could have asked for. She brought forth Aiko, a beautiful daughter, Aiko Promise Nemesis, Sweet Promise of Vengeance. Destined to be a great Ahroun, just like her mother.

Let this woman never be forgotten and let her devotion to the Sept and all it's members be remembered and cherished.

Heralds of Nemesis

We are the Heralds of Nemesis. We are the pack that brings death to those who have done ours wrong. We bring vengeange and absolution, we are the salvation for the sinful. Our hunt is final, your death will bring you honour and in that death all shall be forgiven. Your name will live on and be honoured as a worthy adversary.

We are the hand of vengance, the arrow from Nemesis' bow that will always fly true, or die trying. We are the answer to your sins.

The vision came into existance in a time when the Wyrm was harrying the Sept severely and Garou were cut down ruthlessly by the slime of the earth. Vengeance was the only answer, eye for an eye, tooth for a tooth, punishment for their deeds.
Our first act of vengeance happened even before we found our totem Nemesis. Lucas 'Speaks with Beasts' van Oranje, a packmember to be, was cut down by a group of Hunters when they trashed our local pub. Our pack to be, consisting of three members then, Megan 'The Dentist' Cavanough, Steven 'Defies the Storm' Bos and 'Ferret', swore to take vengeance upon those that took one of ours. Shannon 'Strong at Will' de Boer became the fourth member, and shortly after we ran into the hunters again and brought them down with the help of mainly Schokbeton and Sherine.
Not long after Yric, better known as Bloodsong, showed up and started to run with our pack to be.

From here on I will leave the tale to Yric, for he is our Galliard and my way with words is not nearly as good as his, I am after all a Philodox...
