This incarnation of arrogance hails from former Yugoslavia. Shortly after his arrival in Delft he became elder galliard and joined the [[Wanderers of Twilight]]. It is not known how he came in posession of his fetish sword, [[Klauwen van de Zon|Claws of the Sun]], but he wielded it proudly. After his departure from Delft he resurfaced once more when [[Dies-Last Dawnstalker]] asked his old packmate to help out in his Adren challenge. When Dies-Last succesfully completed his challenge, Second-to-None gave Claws of the Sun to [[Xavier]], who also helped out on this challenge. Thereafter, Second-to-None retreated into obscurity.</div>Reinhardt
