Amongst the Cearns surviving, this Cearn is the youngest. It is placed on the top floors of the Galaxy Soho Building (Beijing, China). It is home to a group of Star Gazers who allied with the Weaver some time ago. This is the only Cearn where Fera have long visited and lived. Often, more Fera than Garou are found on the Cearn.
