Tibethan Independance
In 1911 Tibet was declared independant from China after the Xinhai revolution. This was both a victory for man and Garou. In the following celebration, Nasu (meaning peace) was conceived, and on the 13th of November 1911 Nasu was born under a quarter moon from a Stargazer mother and a Stargazer kinfolk father. After a Baptism of Fire, it was clear this child would become a Garou. And thus, he was raised as one. He would visit the Sept of the Snow Leopard on a weekly basis, learning to interact with the spirits and being taught Garou customs. And on his 22nd birthday, he had his first change. In the same year as the death of the 13th Dalai Lama.
