Born and semi-bred in Delft. Alexander Visser had many ties to both his home city and the far away septs of the Shadowlords were he was raised. After his [[Rite of Passage]] he came back home. A technology freak, and very resourceful Garou. He partnered up with [[Don Roberto]], and became the top man in Delft's new casino. Until he disappeared that is. Many say he is as dead as can be, slain by Leeches. But word on the street is that he faked his death to avoid ending up like his partner, and is still working on his deals quietly and under the cover of death.
