The Story so Far:
Born and semi-bred in Delft. Alexander Visser had many ties to both his home city and the far away septs of the Shadowlords were he was raised. After his Rite of Passage he came back home. A technology freak, and very resourceful Garou, he partnered up with Don Roberto, and became the top man in Delft's new casino. Until he disappeared that is. Many said he was as dead as can be, slain by Leeches. But word on the street was that he faked his death to avoid ending up like his partner, and was still working on his deals quietly and under the cover of death.
Having returned to the Bluepelt Sept in late 2010, Alexander quickly became Alpha of the pack The New Moons and re-established himself in Delft as a business man.
