The Garou are not the only supernaturals by far that populate the world. Below is a list of known other supernaturals and the general knowledge we possess about them:
Changing Breeds: If all Garou are brothers and sisters in arms, then the Changing Breeds - or Fera - are their cousins. Fera are like Garou, but their shapeshifting revolves around different animals. Most Fera are suspicious of the Garou due to a history of brutal conflict, although they are technically allies in the war for Gaia.
Other Supernaturals:
Many other supernaturals populate the world, most of which are not on good terms with the Garou.
