In March 2011, an Elder Fianna send one of his garou to grant, as a 10 year tradition, a set of fetishes for the strongest pack and all the auspices. a challenge was done for all these, and the winners became elder and recieved these cards. the cards are rumored to look out for the garou that bears them. the cards belong to the positions and not the garou.
this sept was chosen because of it's 12 year anniversary
