A garou with so many contacts it was simply unnatural. If you needed something done on the Realm, Harrie was your man. He eventually left the sept to return to his home in Amsterdam.
Thought he was technically not a member of the bluepelt sept anymore at the time of his demise. He and his pack were aiding the sept when he fell in battle.
