In Juli, 2007, Secuur has taken control over Delft. It started with riots the month before and then the local government decided to hire Secuur to patrol the streets and arrest people that commit crimes. They have power to arrest people and question them in matters of city safety.
They have invaded the Real Green two times already and tried to arrest people. The Garou of Delft suspect they are behind the riots they fight themselves and also there is more that meets the eye to the organization as a whole. They might be agents of the Wyrm or Weaver to gain control over Delft.

Secuur.. the ones who work on the streets aren't of the wyrm. Some of them are even Kinfolk of the Get of Fenris. After some persuasive talks we came to the conclusion that the riots were started by secuur. One of those groups was led by de Chef. He told that Rafaelo gave the order. Rafaelo a leech is appearantly back to Italy. A group is formed to go hunt him.
The black house on the Julianalaan which was severly secured for a while is now cleansed. There are still some secuur agents who secure it there. A dark and bloody ritual has taken place there in the cellar. Some items from that ritual i have taken with me as proof.
If we are going to take further action the kinfolk must first stop there jobs with secuur.
