This Cearn has long belonged only to the Fera, although they welcomed Garou at times. It is placed in Lagos (Nigeria), which is named the Silicon Valley of Africa. Thus, Glass Walkers are drawn to this place, and they work with the Fera to further grow the local economy. It is a rare place, where the Weaver and the Fera work in unison.
