One of the best known members of the Sept of Groningen. Spreekt voor de Koning has come by many times, and knows some of the older Garou of Delft quit well. He earned his name by the simple fact that he did indeed speak for the King. He is the Galliard of the Pretorianen pack, and thus spoke for the now dead king Alexander van Roermond. But before that he spoke for the previous king as well. It remains to be seen if he will carry this tradition to a third generation, as the pack of the new king to be, does not seem to like him very much.
