One of the best known members of the Sept of Groningen. Spreekt voor de Koning has come by many times, and knows some of the older Garou of Delft quit well. He earned his name by the simple fact that he did indeed speak for the King, twice. It remains to be seen if he will carry out this tradition to a third generation of King, as the pack of the new king to be, does not seem to like him very much.
He is the Galliard of the Pretorianen pack, and the elder galliard of the Sept of Groningen.
