First Appearance:
After hearing that a man had blown up a building at the Docks in Rotterdam a group of garou got a message from The Punisher wanting to meet them. Alexander Visser, Dorian van Bergen Henegouwen and Captain Grey went to look him up as they talked to them a Black Spiral Dancer Walked in shooting at the Punisher after a struggle and 2 grenates later they had time to talk to The Punisher.
The Story So Far:
Apparently this "man" fights against crime and specially that has a connection with the supernatural, he already has taken out several projects of the The Russian mob.
