Sebastiaan was the CEO of Deveraux International, a position he used to do not only good in the world of men, but also to hide our world from their eyes. He was born here in Holland, and raised on the Sept of the Veluwe.
He traveled with what appeared to be an employee, if not a friend of his, Thorgeir 'Scorcher' Verheul. Their reasons and motives for being in Delft, remain a mystery still. Though Sebastiaan had mentioned more then once that he was not a fan of the Bluepelt Sept's ways.
He died in battle with the Wyrm.
