Young Garou that have only recently found out that they are werewolves and have gone through their First Change. They have no actual rank in any Sept and fall under the responsibility of the a Den Mother and Father and need to prove themselves to become recognized as Cliaths. They have to go through an ordeal which is called the Rite of Passage.
