This Garou of Finnish origin is the uncle of the fallen Kalle Raikonen who was part of the "Riders of Ragnarok". A fierce Get of Fenris Theurge which has proven himself in battle in the Scandinavian parts of Europe. An iconoclast and a criticaster by nature, he would rather be a Ragabash, but he was born under the quarter moon. He does not see spirits as spirits, because he refuses to believe in them. For him they are as real as you and me. Born near the northern Karelia forest, he is accustomed to the cold. ALso has a background in the occult and is known to practice magic that people would describe as "black", but to Timo all magic is magic and to distinguish between "good" and "evil" is foolish.
