This incarnation of arrogance hails from former Yugoslavia. Shortly after his arrival in Delft he became elder galliard and joined the Wanderers of Twilight. It is not known how he came in posession of his fetish sword, Claws of the Sun, but he wielded it proudly. After his departure from Delft he resurfaced once more when Dies-Last Dawnstalker asked his old packmate to help out in his Adren challenge. When Dies-Last succesfully completed his challenge, Second-to-None gave Claws of the Sun to Xavier, who also helped out on this challenge. Thereafter, Second-to-None retreated into obscurity.
